Brunch here was one of my absolute favorites in the city. There is something about eating outdoors with a liquored up coffee topped with a Do-Rite donut that just screams Chicago summer. They've also introduced me to the concept of breakfast nachos, which is a perfect snack any time of day. I recommend it, as well as the chicken biscuit. It's sweet, fluffy, and savory in the best combination of ways. Service has always been quick and friendly. I prefer the vibe outside when it's available, it can be a bit loud indoors. I look forward to their new concept, but HUB 51, you'll be missed!

We went to hub 51 for happy hour and I was very pleasantly surprised by the sushi here. All sushi was 50% off for happy hour. I didn't even know they had sushi at this location and it was pretty good and fresh. They have classic rolls as well as a few rolls for vegan/vegetarians.

I got a crushed pistachio caesar salad and it was pretty good. they cut the lettuce up into small pieces - this made the dish enjoyable to eat. the addition of pistachios was a nice touch as well. this was also a substantial amount of food and pretty filling despite no meat. the salad could use a little more dressing though. the service was good and the ambiance is casual. my friends really enjoyed their sushi rolls. i would come here again!

Came here around 12:30pm on a Saturday and got a table right away. I was excited to have sushi. The ahi tuna poke was delicious, as was the shaki-shaki. Loved that crispy rice! My husband had their cinnamon sugar french toast made. The brioche Texas toast made for a delicious, creamy interior while the sugar coating made a nice crispy exterior. Service was great -friendly, welcoming, attentive. Restrooms downstairs were clean. Would definitely come here again to try some other dishes.

Went here to celebrate my birthday and it was amazing! I would say make a reservation because this place gets pretty busy. I love the brunch special $35 per person unlimited mimosas. The peach Bellini mimosa is my favorite. The French toast had a really nice texture from the brown sugar and the berries added a fresh touch. The chorizo dip with tortillas chips is average nothing special about it ... $15 was a little pricy for it. The breakfast tacos were filled packed with eggs, bacon, avocado, cheese and more! Now let's talk about the carrot cake! It's the best carrot cake I've had! The cake is super soft and moist it's packed with a ton of flavor but not overwhelming with sweetness. It comes with a side of extra frosting and whipped cream .. the best dessert to celebrate a birthday with. The service was great .. for it being a busy Sunday our server was on top of everything. I love the atmosphere it's super nice and welcoming. Only downside is the bathroom is downstairs ... need to take an elevator or stairs ... Overall experience 10/10!

This place is easy to get a reservation at, perfect for a group outing. Great location too! The address is literally the name of the restaurant lol We were seated right away at the reservation time. There were a lot of yummy choices at fair prices. Justin did a fabulous job--gave us a lot of good recommendations and served food in a timely manner. I ordered a chicken tender salad because I was craving crispy chicken. I order a salad as an entree pretty infrequently, but this SLAPPED. I loved the variety of flavors, delicious honey mustard dressing, cheddar cheese, crispy bits of cornbread and chicken in every bite, rich avocado--all freshly tossed to perfection. Plus the portion size was decent which I was relieved about for a $20 salad. I tried fries from my friends which were really well-seasoned and crispy. I was pretty full afterwards. Great experience!

My friend cami has raved about the nachos at Hub 51 forever. However, I've always been hesitant to go because there's not THAT MANY gf options that I would enjoy eating. I was so hungry that tonight I decided to give it a go and settled on having the wagyu burger with the lettuce bun. The nachos were so filling that I wasn't even hungry anymore by the time the burger came and I took two bites and took the rest home. The nachos did live up to the hype. It was loaded with chicken, salsa and cheese. It wasn't super heavy with guac which I like because I'm not a huge avocado person. By the time you get to the bottom tho the chips are pretty soggy and you gotta just eat them with a fork. However, I feel like that's typical so I would still recommend.

We popped in here to check out the menu but ended up staying for a drink. We were looking for more of a larger menu with a steak option. This place had a great sea menu, but just not what we were looking for specifically. This would be a great spot to come for a light dinner and cocktails or to catch a game on the big screen in the back. Cool spot!
